D.A.GLASS Sp. z o.o. aims at maintaining high quality of products and services which are results of honest and responsible activities related to running the company in the field glass chemical and mechanical treatment to meet clients’ needs.

D.A.GLASS Sp. z o.o.  quality policy is performed in accordance with the regulations of  PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 norm, including:

  • Making efforts to increase the level of our Customers’satisfaction through seeking and offering technical & technological solutions as well as specifying precise technical requirements.
  • Improving relations with Suppliers through working out the position of a reliable business partner.
  • Raising standards related to the purchase, sales and production services.
  • A continuous improvement of efficiency managing system in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 norm.
  •  Systematic monitoring of products’ quality parameters and production processes.
  • An analysis of production cost while maintaining competitiveness.
  • Dealing with complaints and detected  noncompliance done in an objective and fair manner aiming at identifying sources or reasons.
  • Rising of professional qualifications through systematic internal and external trainings aiming at providing the highest quality of products as well as enhancing production processes.
